How do you schedule in the sprint the time it takes to debug and fix a bug?

I’m finding it hard to estimate how long it should take me to debug something and to fix it. Most of the time I fail to meet the scheduled work for bugs in the sprint because it typically takes me longer than I anticipate to debug something, other times it takes less time.
