No problem. :)

  • coach managers to do the right thing without using spooky words from the scrum guide and even without a word agile
  • make things that do not make sense in the organization visible
  • to be an expert not only in the scrum but other similar techniques like XP, Continuous Delivery, LeSS, Lean startup, Theory of Constraints, Kanban, etc.
  • to know strategic DDD, techniques from Team Topologies, and similar
  • help managers to shape the structure of the organization
  • teach product managers how to manage product backlog
  • make people think by asking questions
  • teach how to facilitate meetings
  • SM should have at least basic programming and testing skills
  • micromanagement is a big no-no
  • to be the change agent
