In this Linkedin thread I complained about office design. Actually, I don’t why most of the offices have huge open space.

Work from home#

Remote work has shown me just how poorly designed the offices I’ve worked in before really were.

At home, I work much better because I have a separate room, quiet, and peace—but at the same time, I can communicate with team members whenever needed and collaborate seamlessly.

If, in the office, the team had its own room instead of an open space, hot desks, or tiny meeting rooms where you can gather in small groups but don’t spend 15 minutes plugging in cables, then working in the office would probably be more effective than working remotely.
